With the addition of Earthworm Jim, Alisia Dragoon, and Beyond Oasis, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers now have access to 32 Sega Genesis games. Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack is the premium tier of Nintendo’s online subscription service, and offers access to online multiplayer for Switch games, a variety of expansions and downloadable content, and a library of Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games (in addition to NES and Super NES games). Sega released a sequel/prequel, The Legend of Oasis, for Sega Saturn.
Like Alisia Dragoon, it features large, impressive sprite work and a summoning system of its own.

Joining Earthworm Jim are two arguably better, more overlooked games: I like this game so much because it's wacky and all around 2D side Scrolling, Platforming fun.Nintendo and Sega brought three new additions to the Sega Genesis lineup for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers on Thursday, including the addition of Earthworm Jim, a silly, well-animated side-scrolling platformer starring a space worm that you can enjoy if you’re able to separate the art from the artist. I heard this game was on Windows and MS-Dos, I wonder how it compares. Like I heard more animations and bette r graphics and CD quality sound. They took everything that was great about the other versions except the controllers of course, and crammed it into this CD with a few added extras. You will love this version because it's the most complete. If you like Earthworm Jim 1 on SNES, Sega Genesis, Game Boy Advanced or Sega CD, I'm am not only a fan of this franchise but also a fan of all the different versions of this game stretched out through all the systems. 
Saturn was and is still touted as a 2D machine. With that said, as a fan, I had to get this game on Saturn. whether it be with a different controller or slight graphic enhancements or sound enhancements over the other versions. SNES flavor with Saturns' spice.Įvery port has a different feeling.
